1. Stability and safety

The outside mantle is made of high quality RAEX EN.ST 37.2 steel 4 mm thick. The internal elements of the hearth are resistant to high temperature. The bottom of the hearth is made of chamotte material, whereas the sides and the back from vermiculite. The wear out parts of the hearth are easily available and their replacement is very easy. This kind of structure guarantees stability and safety.
These inserts are equipped with a case protecting the lifting mechanism. The case also stops smoke from getting into the hood. KFDesign inserts are in accordance with PN-EN 13229 norm.

2. Thermostatic fire control
Each inserts is equipped with a thermostat, which distributes the air intake depending on the hearth temperature. Thus, the stable heating efficiency is automatically kept. Such a solution improves the comfort of fireplace usage, considerably extends the time of burning and allows economical use of fuel.

3. Automatic damper
A damper opens the moment the door is opened and the smoke moves directly to the flue. When the door closes, the damper closes automatically.

4. More heat
The construction of the exhaust deflector in KFDesign inserts substantially maximizes their efficiency. Before moving to the chimney, the exhausts repeatedly bounce off the deflector. As the result of this, smoke stays longer in the combustion chamber. Particles, which would have gone to the chimney, are burned out. The final effect is that the heat of the room is increased.

5. Easy maintenance
Precise door mechanism enables easy and quiet lifting and lowering of the glass. One can use KFDesign inserts in the open fireplaces and enjoy a unique atmosphere of the traditional fireplace.

The perfect view of the fire in the fireplace is guaranteed by the pyrolysis effect and the proper air circulation inside the hearth. Thus, manual cleaning of the glass is needed occasionally.

7. Easy installation

8. Support-foot height regulation
Thanks to the its special construction, the height of the insert base can be easily regulated from 130 to 430 mm. In order to ensure the insert’s stability every support-foot of KFDesign insert has a precise regulation system. 

9. Hermetic installation
The exhaust connector pipe enables an installation of a flue pipe inside the chimney. Such a solution makes the insert completely hermetic during the burn-out process as well as while sweeping the chimney.

10. Useful accessories
Every insert includes a pair of fireplace gloves and “cold” handle for free. Every insert is equipped with a special ash drawer. This way of wood burn-out is the most efficient one because the burn-out process takes place on the ash. It is also very easy to remove ash.

11. Easy window cleaning
There is an easy access to the inside part of the glass (important while cleaning). The glass opens easily on hinges, and then it lifts automatically so that one does not have to bend while cleaning.
